Warrantor and Scope
Sleep Balance Academy PC provides this Limited Product Warranty for eligible physical consumer products purchased directly from SBA and delivered in the United States. This written warranty supplements, and does not eliminate, rights provided by applicable state law or a separate manufacturer warranty.
Limited Warranty
Unless a product page or manufacturer warranty states a longer SBA warranty before purchase, SBA warrants for 30 days after delivery that the product will materially conform to the item ordered and will be free from material defects in workmanship or materials that prevent ordinary intended use, when used and maintained according to applicable instructions. For consumable products, coverage concerns defects in the product or packaging rather than ordinary depletion through use. A printed expiration date or manufacturer warranty may create additional obligations beyond the 30day SBA warranty.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear; ordinary consumption or scheduled replacement of disposable parts; cosmetic variation that does not affect function; loss or theft after delivery; damage caused by accident, misuse, improper storage, modification, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, or use with incompatible accessories; or a problem caused by a third-party service rather than the product itself.
Manufacturer Warranties
A product manufactured by another company may carry a separate manufacturer warranty. That warranty is in addition to any remedy SBA independently owes you. We will provide available proof-of-purchase information and reasonable assistance identifying the manufacturer warranty.
Making a Claim
Contact support@sleepbalanceacademy.com with the order information, product, and description of the problem. Photographs, lot or serial information, and the packaging may help evaluate the claim. Do not continue using a product that appears unsafe merely to demonstrate a defect.
Remedy
For a valid claim, SBA will provide the remedy required by this Warranty and applicable law, which may include repair where appropriate, replacement, or refund. If SBA requires return of a covered defective product, SBA will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping. A recall or safety remedy is not limited by the 30-day warranty period.
Implied Warranties and State Law
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE LIMITED IN DURATION IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WRITTEN WARRANTY ABOVE. Some states do not allow limits on the duration of implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so those limits may not apply to you. Nothing in this Warranty disclaims or limits a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit SBA to disclaim or limit. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
