Takes about two minutes. You don't need to have shopped with us before.
Complete a short application
Tell us about your practice and add your NPI or a current state license. You'll need one of them to apply, and our clinical team checks it before approval.
Get approved and start ordering
Approval unlocks provider pricing, patient ordering and telemedicine, usually within one business day when credentials check out. Continuing education is open to every clinician and needs no approval.
