Shipping Policy

1Where We Ship

SBA currently ships physical products to eligible addresses in the United States. Some clinician-ordered or regulated items may be subject to additional destination, prescription, carrier, or signature requirements. If we cannot lawfully or practically ship an order to the address provided, we will contact you and cancel or modify the shipment as appropriate.

2Standard Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal exceeds $50 after discounts and before tax. For eligible orders at or below $50, standard shipping is $7.95 per order unless checkout shows a different disclosed promotional rate. Expedited services, when available, are priced at checkout. Clinical services and digital content do not count toward merchandise shipping thresholds.

3Processing and Delivery Estimates

Most in-stock orders are processed for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Carrier transit time begins after the package is accepted by the carrier and is separate from processing time. Delivery dates shown at checkout or by a carrier are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, or within the period required by applicable mail, internet, or telephone order law when no shipping time was stated, we will provide any delay notice, consent option, cancellation right, or prompt refund required by law.

4Tracking and Addresses

When tracking is available, we provide tracking information after the shipping label is created or the package is tendered. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error. We will attempt a correction or carrier redirect when practical, but a carrier may impose restrictions or fees after shipment.

5PO Boxes and Special Delivery Requirements

Whether a PO Box or other address type is eligible depends on the carrier, product, and any regulatory or signature requirement. If an order cannot be delivered to the address provided, we will request an eligible address rather than knowingly ship through a method that cannot complete delivery.

6Split Shipments and Backorders

An order may ship in more than one package without an additional shipping charge for the split itself. If an item becomes backordered or materially delayed, we will provide the information and choices required by applicable law, which may include waiting, substituting with your agreement, or canceling the affected item for a refund.

7Missing, Misdelivered, or Damaged Packages

If a package is materially delayed, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact support@sleepbalanceacademy.com promptly. We may verify the address, review carrier scans or delivery evidence, and open a carrier trace. If we cannot reasonably establish delivery to the correct recipient or location, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund subject to applicable law and fraud-prevention review. If the package arrives but an item is damaged, defective, contaminated, incomplete, or incorrect, the Returns and Refunds Policy applies.
