I can't log in to my account: Make sure you're using the same email address you used at checkout or when signing up.
If you still can't access your account, click "Forgot password" on the login page. Didn't get the reset email? Wait a few minutes and check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.
How does telemedicine ordering work?: Choose your state and your sleep study device on the telemedicine order page, and add a Results Review Consult if you'd like a video visit about your results. Prices depend on your state.
After checkout you'll complete secure onboarding, consent, and a short questionnaire in Patient Hub, using the same account.
My order says "fulfilled" but I haven't received it yet.: "Fulfilled" means your order has been packed, labeled, and handed off to the shipping carrier. Delivery can still take a few business days depending on your location.
