How does telemedicine ordering work?: Choose a service, your state, and a device or consultation option on the telemedicine order page. Availability and pricing depend on your state.
After checkout you'll complete secure onboarding, consent, and a short questionnaire in the patient portal, using the same account. Insurance coverage is not guaranteed.
My order says "fulfilled" but I haven't received it yet.: "Fulfilled" means your order has been packed, labeled, and handed off to the shipping carrier. Delivery can still take a few business days depending on your location.
