Scope
This Policy applies to physical merchandise purchased directly from SBA. It does not govern clinical services, appointment charges, loaned sleep-study equipment, or digital educational access, each of which is governed by its applicable terms or policy.
Standard Return Window
Unless a product page states a different lawful rule before purchase, an unused item may be returned within 30 days after delivery if it is complete and in its original packaging. For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and SBA refunds the amount actually paid for the returned item, subject to any nonrefundable shipping charge disclosed at purchase. SBA does not charge a restocking fee for an eligible standard return.
Hygiene and Personal-Use Products
For health and hygiene reasons, a product intended for personal use in or around the mouth, nose, face, or airway generally cannot be returned for a change of mind after it has been opened, worn, fitted, or used. This restriction does not apply when the product is defective, damaged, contaminated, recalled, materially not as described, or the wrong item was sent.
Clinician-Ordered or Patient-Specific Items
A product that was specifically ordered, configured, fitted, or supplied for an identified patient may be nonreturnable for preference after fulfillment when resale or reassignment would be inappropriate or unlawful. This does not limit remedies for defects, incorrect fulfillment, safety issues, recalls, or other rights that cannot be waived. If the clinical plan changes before the item ships, contact us promptly so we can determine whether the order can be canceled.
Defective, Damaged, Contaminated, or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly and preferably within 30 days after delivery if an item is defective, damaged in transit, contaminated, unsealed when it should be sealed, incomplete, or different from what you ordered. We will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and will pay required return shipping. We may request reasonable photographs, lot or serial information, or return of the product when safe and necessary to evaluate the issue.
Recalls and Safety Matters
A recall or safety remedy is not limited by the 30-day standard return window or by a final-sale designation. Follow the instructions in the recall or safety notice. We will not require a customer to ship a product in a manner that creates an unreasonable safety risk. Reporting a safety concern does not reduce any right to a refund, replacement, warranty remedy, or regulatory complaint.
How to Start a Return
Contact support@sleepbalanceacademy.com or use any return function made available for the order. Provide enough information to identify the transaction and the item. Wait for return instructions before mailing a product so that we can provide the correct destination and any prepaid label that applies.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or reasonably necessary because the original method is unavailable. We initiate refunds within a reasonable period after approval or receipt of an item that must be returned. Financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit. Store credit is provided instead of a monetary refund only if you choose it or where otherwise permitted by law.
Legal Rights
This Policy does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable consumer, product-safety, warranty, or other law.
