General Information Is Not Individualized Care
Public product pages, articles, videos, courses, comparison tools, and other general content are educational and informational. They are not individualized medical advice and do not replace an evaluation by a qualified clinician who knows your history. Information provided during an actual clinical encounter is different and is governed by the clinician-patient relationship.
Product Labels and Instructions Control
Read the current label, package insert, manufacturer instructions, warnings, contraindications, cleaning instructions, and replacement schedule for the exact product you receive. Product-specific instructions control over general website content. Do not use a product that is damaged, contaminated, unsealed when it should be sealed, expired, or materially different from what was ordered.
Clinician-Ordered Products
Some products or devices may require a clinician's order or recommendation. That requirement does not guarantee a particular benefit or outcome. Use clinician-ordered products only for the patient for whom they were ordered and follow the prescribing or ordering clinician's instructions.
Safety and Individual Circumstances
Follow the product-specific warnings. Ask an appropriate clinician before use when the label advises it or when you have a condition, recent surgery or injury, medication, allergy, pregnancy, age-related concern, dental or airway condition, or other circumstance that may affect safe use. Stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if you experience a significant or unexpected reaction, pain, bleeding, swelling, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptom.
Home Sleep Testing
Home sleep testing records limited physiologic information and has clinical limitations. It may be appropriate for evaluating certain sleep-related conditions, but it does not evaluate every possible cause of sleep symptoms and a negative or inconclusive result does not necessarily exclude all sleep disorders. A qualified clinician should interpret the study in the context of the patient's symptoms and history.
No Guaranteed Result
Individual results vary. A product description, clinician recommendation, testimonial, review, educational statement, or prior customer's experience does not guarantee a particular clinical or consumer result.
Emergencies
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care. Do not use a product-safety email, review, website form, or portal message as an emergency service.
Safety Reports and Recalls
If you believe a product is defective, contaminated, unsafe, or associated with an adverse event, stop using it when appropriate and contact support@sleepbalanceacademy.com. Include the product name, order information if available, lot or serial number, and a description of what happened. Keep the product and packaging if it is safe to do so until you receive instructions.
A safety report is handled independently from any return, refund, or warranty remedy. Nothing in our commercial policies limits a recall or remedy required by product-safety law. Consumers may also report appropriate product concerns directly to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through MedWatch or another applicable regulator.
