1What this document is
This explains the limits of what you read here, the warnings that come with the products we sell, and what to do if something goes wrong with one of them. It applies to everything on this site: articles, videos, courses, product pages, and anything we send you.
It does not replace the instructions that come with a product. Where the two differ, follow the instructions in the box and tell us about the difference.
2Information here is education, not medical advice
Everything on this site that is not part of a visit with your clinician is general information. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and reading it does not make anyone here your clinician.
General information cannot account for your history, your medicines, your other conditions or what a clinician would find on examining you. Do not start, stop or change a treatment because of something you read here, and do not delay getting advice because something here made you feel reassured.
If you are already under the care of a clinician, what they tell you about your own situation comes first.
3Buying something is not a diagnosis
Adding an item to your cart is not a clinical recommendation for you personally, and receiving it does not mean anyone here has decided it is right for you. Product pages describe what a product is and what it is intended to do. They do not diagnose you.
Some items are sold only on the order of a licensed clinician. Where that is the case, we will not ship without a current order that identifies the ordering clinician, and that order is about the person it names and nobody else.
If you have symptoms that have not been looked at, the right first step is an evaluation, not a purchase.
